Quick Hits: O's - Rays Redux, NBA Finals, Mayweather Does Time & Seau Report

It was exactly three weeks ago that the Orioles and Rays opened a weekend series at Camden Yards to battle for the top of the AL East. That scenario repeats itself, this time at Tropicana Field. NBA … Thursday night the Thunder climbed back into the Western Conference Finals. Friday, the Celtics hope to do the same as they return home down 0-2 to the Heat for game 3. Chris Bosh will not play in game 3 or 4 for Miami. Tip-off is at 8:30 p.m.

NFL news … USA Today is reporting former Chargers linebacker Junior Seau, who was found shot to death a month ago, battled insomnia and regularly took the prescription drug Ambien, according to friends. Seau's death was ruled a suicide

And Floyd Mayweather will begin his 87-day prison sentence in Nevada. Mayweather was convicted of domestic battery. His sentence could be reduced by several weeks for good behavior.He must also complete a yearlong domestic violence counseling program and 100 hours of community service.
