Baltimore County Police Need Help In Solving Woman's Murder

TOWSON, Md. (AP) -- Police in Baltimore County are asking for the public's help in solving a murder.

Police say a bicyclist called 911 on Sunday after seeing a woman lying in the woods along Frederick Road in Oella. The woman was pronounced dead on the scene, and an autopsy Monday concluded she was murdered.

Detectives were able to use fingerprints to identify the woman as Janell Earlita Balogun, 33, of Baltimore.

Police have no suspects in the case and are asking anyone who may have observed anything suspicious in the area on Saturday night or Sunday morning to contact them.
