BALTIMORE (AP) — Prosecutors in Baltimore say a 28-year-old Pennsylvania man is facing charges after secretly recording young boys in a public restroom in Maryland.

Prosecutors said in a statement Thursday that a grand jury indicted Brian Matthew Williams of West Chester on two counts of producing child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography. Williams was arrested Wednesday night.

The indictment alleges Williams used his cell phone’s camera to capture videos of two minors urinating at a public restroom. He also allegedly had several similar video files on a memory card.

No attorney was listed for Williams in court documents. A message left at a telephone listing for a Brian Williams in West
Chester was not immediately returned Thursday.
