WEATHER BLOG: Wow!

We've got a stretch of some very nice weather headed our way.

Even though there are some low clouds Thursday morning, especially near the Bay and along the Eastern Shore, these will manage to break for a decent amount of sunshine. The humidity will also be fairly low, with most dewpoint temperatures running in the lower 50s Thursday morning and the mid to upper 40s in the afternoon. That's really NICE given the fact that we've almost reached the midpoint of June!

High pressure originating from eastern Canada is going to be the driving force behind our weather for the next 3-5 days, with a light wind out of the east and northeast bringing some comfortable conditions. Daytime temperatures will
be running mostly in the upper 70s and lower 80s, and while there should be some late-night and early-morning clouds around, especially near the Bay and the ocean, these will part for lots of midday and afternoon sunshine.

Early next week, there will probably be a series of days with temperatures in the lower and middle 80s with no less than partial sunshine before a southwesterly flow on the back side of this high pressure system starts to develop. This will ultimately lead to a warmer weather pattern, and during the second half of next week, there is the potential for temperatures to really "take off," climbing into the upper 80s and lower 90s with an uptick in the humidity.

Have a good day!!!
