Is it a big deal that Ed Reed is not at mini camp?

Yes it is. He is under contract and it is a mandatory camp. Ed needs to figure out what he wants and get on with it. The best thing he could do is find an agent to do his talking for him. Ed needs to realize he is part of a team and it is not an individual sport.

Can/how do you replace Suggs?

Courtney Upshaw and Paul Kruger are the answers, but the biggest question I have on Kruger is whether he can stop the run on a consistent basis. I do not think so. Sergio Kindle flashed some pass rush moves at minicamp, but he is limited athletically. He cannot drop and he is a straight line player. We will see how he does in pads.

What is up with the offensive line?

I think that they will line up with Oher at left tackle, Bobbie Williams at left guard, Matt Birk at center, Marshal Yanda at right guard, and Jah Reid at right tackle, but that is the biggest question because he has a hard time moving his feet versus the speed rush.
