15-Year-Old Shot In Howard County
HOWARD COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) -- A 15-year-old boy was shot in Howard County Tuesday evening.
According to police, the boy was found on Frederick Road in Ellicott City by a neighbor.
Police officials say they do not believe it was self-inflicted and are investigating the possibility of foul play.
He was taken to Shock Trauma, where he is in stable condition.
