ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) — Police tased an Anne Arundel County man to stop him from running around naked.

Officers found James Frederick Brown, 26, partly nude on Crain Highway early Wednesday morning.

Police say he threatened officers, resisted arrest and it took several officers to arrest him.

Detectives say Brown was carrying what they suspect was PCP and crack cocaine.
