Authorities To Resume Search For Missing Boater In Harford County
ABERDEEN, Md. (WJZ)-- Authorities say the search for a boater missing in the Chesapeake Bay will resume Monday at 8 a.m. after several rescue crews failed to find him Sunday night.
The Aberdeen Volunteer Fire Department tells WJZ they received a 911 call about two boaters missing in the water around 8:21 p.m. The boaters were in the water off Park Beach Drive in the Perryman area of Harford County.
One of them made it out of the water by the time rescue units arrived. Crews searched for the missing boater for more than two hours but were unable to find him.
