TOWSON, Md. (WJZ)– A Baltimore County court has charged a 30-year-old man for possessing 252 pieces of cocaine and heroin and intending to distribute the heroin in West Baltimore.

The Office of the State’s Attorney for Baltimore City said that at 8:30 p.m. on April 11, 2011, Jermaine Stanley was with a group of men in the 1700-block of Ashburton Street, left the group and then went into a nearby alley. Police officers who observed Stanley, followed him into a wooded area and noticed him reaching under a board.
