Inmate Charged With Throwing Bodily Fluids

SALISBURY, Md. (AP) -- Officials say an inmate at the Wicomico County Detention Center has been charged with assault after allegedly throwing urine and feces at an officer at the center.

Ronald Ralph Brooks, 69, of Salisbury was charged Tuesday after the incident Aug. 3.

The Daily Times of Salisbury reports that Brooks was ordered held without bond.
