BALTIMORE (WJZ)—The former owner of the Senator Theater returns to his old business and ends up behind bars.

Police arrested Thomas Kiefaber on Monday morning at the historic theater on York Road.

He was booked on trespassing and harassment charges.

Court records show Kiefaber is now barred from contacting the theater’s current owners in any way.
