3 Workers Accused Of Encouraging Toddlers To Fight

DOVER, Del. (AP) -- Dover police have arrested three day care workers they say encouraged 3-year-olds to fight each other.

Nineteen-year-old Tiana Harris of Dover; 21-year-old Estefania Myers of Felton and 47-year-old Lisa Parker of Dover were arrested Monday. They are each charged with second-degree assault, endangering the welfare of a child and other offenses.

The three work at the Hands of Our Future LLC Day Care. Police say a video of the alleged incident was shown recently to a Dover police officer, who alerted detectives.

Dover Police Capt. Tim Stump said the video was taken by one of the women. He called the video "shocking, disturbing and infuriating."

The day care center's license has been suspended.
