5 Firefighters, Resident, Injured In Md. Apt. Fire

TEMPLE HILLS, Md. (AP) -- Authorities say five firefighters and a resident have been injured in an apartment fire in Temple Hills.

Prince George's County fire officials say firefighters rescued four people from a unit on the terrace level of the Huntley Square Apartments in the 3700-block of Huntley Square Drive about 10 p.m. Thursday night.

Four firefighters and a resident suffered burns in the fire. Officials say another firefighter suffered smoke inhalation and exhaustion.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
