The Baltimore Police Department said Officer Forrest “Dino” Taylor died on August 29. Officer Taylor was responding to a police officer experiencing an emergency on Guilford Avenue when the accident took place.

“We will never forget Officer Taylor’s dedication and commitment to making downtown Baltimore a better place to live and work,” said Police Commissioner-designate Anthony W.
