Victim Of Attempted Robbery In Annapolis Hit By Suspects After Denying Having Money

MILLERSVILLE, Md. (WJZ)– Anne Arundel County police say a 45-year-old man was injured in Annapolis after being hit by suspects during an attempted robbery.

Police say the incident happened on Wednesday at 9:50 a.m. in the 1300-block of Cape St. Claire Road. The victim was confronted by two men wearing military fatigues and bandanas over their faces. One suspect brandished a gun and ordered the victim to hand over his money. When the victim told the suspects he did not have any money, one suspect hit him. Both suspects then fled in a dark green four-door vehicle that did not have a front registration plate.
