It all stemmed from an argument over a parking spot at The Avenue in White Marsh. It happened around 8:30 p.m. at the Staples parking lot.
The victim was taken to Bayview Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
The suspect remains at large.
The investigation is ongoing.
