HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) — A Boonsboro man has been indicted on charges of negligent homicide by vehicle while impaired and numerous other offenses in the death of a Pennsylvania man in a two-vehicle crash.
A Washington County grand jury indicted Bryan May, 44, last week in the death of Bradley Christman, 28, of Waynesboro, Pa. in July. The Herald-Mail of Hagerstown reports that May was released Tuesday on $5,000 bail.
Police say on July 26, May was driving on Mapleville Road in Hagerstown when his vehicle crossed the center line and hit Christman’s car.
