Baltimore Police Seek Suspect In Armed Robbery At Marshalls Department Store

BALTIMORE (WJZ)– Baltimore police are asking the public for help in identifying a suspect in an armed robbery at a department store.

Police say the robbery took place at the Marshalls in the 6700-block of Reisterstown Road on Sept. 6 after 6 p.m. The suspect came to the employee working at the cash register by the rear entry or exit door asking the price of some merchandise. When the employee checked and reported the price of the item to the suspect, he told her he did not want the merchandise but demanded money from the cash register.

The suspect reportedly lifted his shirt to reveal the handle of a handgun and threatened to shoot the employee. The employee said she gave him money from the cash register. The suspect fled the store through the rear door.

Police are asking anyone with information to call them at 410-366-6341.
