UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (AP) — A 30-year-old man has been convicted of first-degree felony murder in the stabbing of a Hyattsville man in his home.

David Henry Wright, 30, of Hyattsville was convicted Thursday. He faces life plus 40 years at sentencing Nov. 29.

Wright was convicted in the death of Ansel Whitelocke, 58, on Dec. 31, 2010. Prosecutors said Wright and another man went into Whitelocke’s apartment and demanded money.
