Man & Woman Sentenced For Moving & Burying Murder Victim's Body In Md.

SNOW HILL, Md. (AP) -- A man and woman who helped move and bury the body of a murder victim have been sentenced to prison.

Tia Johnson, 32, and Clarence Jackson, 38, entered Alford pleas Thursday to being accessories after the fact in the 2007 slaying of Christine Sheddy, 29, of Milford, Del.

Jackson was sentenced to 30 years; Johnson was sentenced to seven and a half years.

Justin Hadel of College Station, Texas, was sentenced to life without parole last year for killing Sheddy, who went missing in 2007. Her body was found in February 2010 on the grounds of a bed and breakfast in Snow Hill.
