Game 5 Orioles Vs. Yankees

This has been the most amazing sports week for me, that i can remember.  The only team that i grew up loving and pulling for has taken the Yankees to a game 5 elimination game.  The lineups have come out and A-Rod will be coming off the bench for the Yankees, but they have C.C. Sabathia on the mound and the Orioles hitters havent exactly lit it up.  Although the O's were able to get 8 hits off of him in game 1.  The Orioles starting pitching has been absolutely amazing, and the bullpen has been lights out for the most part.  Jim Johnson has 2 saves, a loss, and a blown save.  Darren O'day has done more than anyone could or should have asked from him.  Jason Hammel takes the mound for the Orioles and if he should start to struggle, the O's could turn to Chris Tillman.

Regardless of what happens tonight, I am so proud of this team and so very excited to watch them play.  I've said all along, i still believe in Jim Johnson as our closer and wouldn't have anyone else pitch the ninth if we have the lead.  Adam Jones hasn't hit well this series, but i know what he is capable of and i think he comes up big this evening.  Matt Wieters hasnt his this series either, but I wouldn't trade him for another catcher in the league.  Lastly, if you are not watching Manny Machado and getting excited for what the future holds, you might want to check and see if you have a pulse.  That kid is the real deal.
