Man Charged In Pizza Delivery Shooting In South Baltimore

BALTIMORE (AP) — Authorities say they have charged a man in connection with the shooting of a pizza deliveryman in South Baltimore over the weekend.

Police say Dayone Jackson, 20, has been charged with attempted murder and armed robbery. Authorities say the 26-year-old victim was shot in the stomach Saturday while delivering food to a residence in the 2500-block of Terra Firma Road in the Cherry Hill neighborhood.

The Baltimore Sun reports the man was taken to a hospital for treatment. His identity has not been released.
