Woman Charged In Fatal Crash Back In Jail

SALISBURY, Md. (AP) -- A Pennsylvania woman charged in the motor vehicle death of her 11-year-old daughter has been ordered held without bond after officials learned she got a disorderly conduct citation days after her release.

Tabitha Dobrzynski, 38, of New Kensington, Pa., was ordered held Tuesday. Another hearing is set for Wednesday.

Dobrzynski was charged with negligent manslaughter by automobile and other offenses in the Aug. 5 accident in Salisbury that killed Sophia Rose Dobrzynski.

The Daily Times of Salisbury reports that Wicomico County State's Attorney Office filed a motion to revoke Dobrzynski's bond after officials learned she got the citation Aug. 27 in a supermarket in New Kensington.
