There will be high pressure building into the region Monday night into Tuesday. This will lead to some chilly weather Monday night, and as a result it will not warm up as much Tuesday.

The big story of course will be the Nor’easter on Tuesday night into Wednesday. This is going to lead to some rain for the day Wednesday. The storm track here is still a little uncertain which could make a difference as to the intensity of the rain and wind, though it does look good to get something here. It’s near the coast where the greatest concern lies with additional coastal flooding issues from the strong easterly winds and moderate rainfall for the region.

The rain will come to an end later Wednesday night as the storm weakens and slips northward.

There will be some wind on the back side into Thursday, but there will be some return of sunshine.

On Friday high pressure builds into the region and this will be the start of a nice weekend overall. It’ll be milder with sunshine on Saturday and Sunday!
