ROSEDALE, Md. (WJZ) — A water main break is impacting a community college and hospital in Baltimore County.

It happened at little after 12 p.m. at Philadelphia Road and Rossville Boulevard.

Franklin Square Hospital is affected by the 16 inch break.  The hospital has low water pressure. Patient offices are closing and water is being brought in to assist with patient care.

The Community College of Baltimore County, Essex campus canceled afternoon classes. CCBC Essex is reopening at 5 p.m. and all classes and activities are resuming as normal.
