Jeremy gives out his picks for the NFL and College again this week.   Last week in the NFL he missed his lock of the week. He had his worst week in pro and college football.  On the season he is 4-6 with his Conn-Crete Lock of the week.  He is 42-37-2 in the NFL and 33-36-3 in College overall.
