The generally tranquil weather pattern will continue once again with a large and sprawling area of high pressure centered to our north across northern New England that will dominate our weather pattern, bringing seasonable temperatures and some sunshine.
We do have an area of low pressure along a frontal boundary off the Carolina coastline, and satellite imagery does show some high and mid level clouds from this low already spreading northward into the WJZ viewing area and this trend of high/mid level clouds moving into the area will continue throughout the day….and it may actually turn mostly cloudy for a time late Sunday into the evening. With more clouds around, we have a slightly lower high temp. than Saturday as clouds may just hold back the temps. by a few degrees relative to Saturday’s highs.
