1 Arrested, 1 Sought In Harford County Stabbing

EDGEWOOD, Md. (AP) — The Harford County Sheriff’s Office says one man has been arrested and another is being sought after a man was stabbed in the face.

It happened about 7:20 p.m. Thursday in Edgewood. Deputies say two men confronted the victim, punching him. Officers say one man stabbed the victim in the face with a knife and kicked him in the head.

Deputies say witnesses intervened and the two attackers fled.

Andre Donnell Carter of Edgewood was arrested and charged assault and other offenses. An arrest warrant has been issued for Jamarr Antonio Carter of Edgewood.
