Josh Morgan, Wide Receiver of the Washington Redskins, joins Haynie & Zinno to talk about the Redskins success thus far and a little about the upcoming game this Sunday against Baltimore. He began explaining how successful the Redskins offense has been throughout the season and that Robert Griffin III and Alfred Morris have a lot to do with that success. He talked more about RGIII and that he is a huge reason why this offense has kicked into second gear these last few games. Finally, he talked about how great it has been to play for the D.C. fans this season due to how exciting the team has been thus far.
The Giants came to FedEx Field on Monday night looking to build their NFC East lead, but this time Robert Griffin III had a different plan. Griffin threw for 163 yards and one TD and also rushed for 72 yards. His one fumble was recovered for a Redskins touchdown in the first quarter. The Giants regained the lead by the end of the first half, but gave it up in the fourth quarter when Griffin threw an 8-yard TD pass to Pierre Garcon. It was the first time since 2006 that the Giants lost the game when leading at halftime. The Redskins ended their 10-game home losing streak in Monday night games.
