Homeowner Shot During Robbery
FORT WASHINGTON, Md. (AP) -- Prince George's County police say a homeowner was shot by invaders in Fort Washington.
Police say multiple people entered the home around 2 a.m. Tuesday and demanded money and jewelry. A male resident confronted them, and he was shot in the back.
The man was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The robbers fled the scene. No arrests have been made.
