A Chilly Start To The New Year
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- It's going to be chilly start to 2013, but the forecast should hold up for New Year's Eve.
Expect partly cloudy skies with temperatures in the low 30s right around midnight.
There is, however, a slight chance of rain or snow on New Year's Day and a cold-front moving in early Wednesday.
