As Bob said, this is going to be the “week without winter.”

The cold air and stormy weather is going to be locked up across the West this week.  While that is happening, the jet stream will get pumped up across the East,  meaning that warm air will get pushed our way.

The average high this week is 41 degrees, and we are going to be well above that.  We will top out in the 50s Tuesday through Friday, and then possibly hit 60 degrees sometime this weekend or early next week.

The big storms that will be rolling out of the Rockies will weaken significantly as they move east.  So we will see some rain from them, but that’s about it.

One round of rain will move our way later Thursday into Friday and maybe another Sunday or Monday.
