EDGEWATER, Md. (WJZ)— A 55-year-old man has been missing from Edgewater for nearly two weeks.

Police say Randall “Randy” Larsen left home on Jan. 6 and has not yet returned.

He was reported missing on Jan. 11.

Anne Arundel County police consider this case critical because Larsen may be despondent over a recent death in the family.

Larsen was last seen leaving his home in the 3600-block of 1st Avenue in Edgewater with a sleeping bag and camping gear.

Family members believe he may still be in the Selby Beach or Coxby Estates sections of Edgewater.

Larsen is 5’10” and approximately 165 pounds. He has dirty blonde hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information on Larsen’s disappearance is asked to call the Anne Arundel County Police Department at 410-222-8610.
