Stars With Tax ProblemsBALTIMORE (WJZ)– Baltimore City Police believe an attempted robbery may be the motive behind a shooting near the Parole and Probation building Wednesday afternoon.
One person was shot in the arm outside of Guilford Avenue and 21st Street. That person has been transported to an area hospital in fair condition.
Police have one person in custody.
The investigation is ongoing.
