“If the team has an issue that they want to bring to coach Harbaugh, they go to Ed to bring it to coaches attention.” They also discussed the near mutiny that the Ravens had after the blowout loss to the Houston Texans. “What I thought had made the most important aspect about it was that they had a really bad practice. After that Ed stood up and said that this guy feels like he can’t trust us…I thought that was a really important moment.
