Prosecution Rests In Phylicia Barnes Murder Trial
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The prosecution rests in the Phylicia Barnes murder trial, and the judge is not happy.
Michael Johnson is charged with first-degree murder in the death of the 16-year-old.
Judge Alfred Nance said Friday he is concerned the prosecution's case is based on circumstantial evidence. But reportedly after six days of testimony, he believes the case should continue.
The defense will take the case next week.
