Delirious Delight: Purple Pride Is Going Viral

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Ravens fans keep the party going here in Baltimore after a nail-biting win at the Super Bowl in New Orleans.

Christie Ileto shows us how purple pride is going viral.

With the click of a mouse, you can't help but spot Ravens pride spreading online.

Ecstatic Ravens fired up their purple pride moments after a Super Bowl win and they just had to share their delirious delight online.

From a fireworks display to a parade of honking cars in East Baltimore, fans just couldn't help but show how they're celebrating an electric Ravens win--even if it means car surfing on top of a moving minivan in the middle of chaotic crowds.

At an apartment complex, a group of fans were caught on camera throwing a couch out of the window and hauling it into the flames of a bonfire moments before police arrived.

In Fells Point, YouTube video captured fans scaling light poles and trees, and massive crowds spilling into the streets.

As calm as it is right now, it's hard to believe less than 24 hours ago, hundreds of Ravens fans were dancing and cheering the team's victory in Fells Point.

In classic Paul Revere fashion, one Ravens fan was captured alerting his neighborhood of the Ravens' Super Bowl win as if they didn't already know.

"I have decided that I'm going to be calm in my victory," said one fan.

Some fans skipped the rowdy crowds and riots in downtown Baltimore for a quieter celebration, but sometimes you can't sit still with a win this big.

The Super Bowl win had Ravens nation posting celebratory videos well into the wee hours of the morning.
