UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (AP) — Prince George’s County Police have charged a Hyattsville man in a slaying in Capitol Heights.
Police said Wednesday that Johnathan Brandon Walker, 23, has been charged with first- and second-degree murder in the death of Nicholas Andrew Battle, 21, of Capitol Heights.
Battle was found dead of a gunshot wound in Capitol Heights on Dec. 27.
Walker is being held without bond.
