BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) — Mystery surrounds a body found in Back River more than a year and a half ago.
Baltimore County Police first pulled the body from the water on Sept. 8, 2011.
Detectives were unable to identify the victim through autopsy, DNA or fingerprints.
A forensic artist then completed a skull reconstruction to determine what the victim may look like.
Police are now expanding their search to surrounding states.
