Police Seeking Hit-And-Run Driver A Year After Student’s Death

TOWSON, Md. (AP) — Baltimore County police are still looking for a driver who struck and killed a Towson University student nearly a year ago and fled the scene.

Police say Ryan Bailey, 20, of Seaford, N.Y. died March 31. His body was found lying on the sidewalk at York Road and Washington Avenue. Witnesses said an older model silver or white boxy style car hit Bailey and pushed him toward the sidewalk.
