Pa. Man Killed In One-Vehicle Crash In Md.

PECKTONVILLE, Md. (AP) — Maryland State Police say a Pennsylvania man has been killed in a single-car crash in Washington County.

It happened about 8:55 a.m. Tuesday in Pecktonville. Troopers say a car driven by Dallas Lee Miller of New Holland, Pa., was traveling on west Interstate 70 when he lost control of the vehicle on the slippery road.

Authorities say Miller’s car skidded off the road and into the center median. The vehicle struck a tree, partially ejecting Miller, and caught fire.

Miller, 22, was pronounced dead at the scene.
