FREDERICK, Md. (AP) — Frederick police have charged a 20-year-old woman with using counterfeit $100 bills at local businesses.

Police say they served a charging document Thursday on Kayla Willis of Frederick. She’s been charged with four counts of possession and use of forged currency, four counts of theft and one count of theft scheme.

Police say she used the counterfeit bills on several occasions.

Online court records do not show an attorney for Willis.
