NFL Network’s Daniel Jeremiah joins The Scott Garceau Show with Jeremy Conn to give his take on Joe Flacco’s new deal. Daniel thinks now that Flacco has the money, the next priority is to keep him happy, mainly keeping Anquan Boldin. Happy Quarterback, Happy Team. When Anquan shows up, he makes everyone play better and deserves a lot of the credit of Flacco’s success. His game is about size and physicality and not speed.
Daniel also gives us his views on other Ravens top priorities. Dannell Ellerbe has to be the number 1 priority in Daniel’s mind. With the possibility of losing Kruger, Reed and other defensive players, the Ravens can’t risk opening up the middle of the field.
The Super Bowl Champs come into the next season with a target on their back. There’s a statistic of teams who win the Super Bowl recently, don’t win a playoff game the following year.
He also gives us his take on who the Ravens could take in the late round of the first round. The safety class is pretty strong this year, Kenny Vaccaro being the top rated. Daniel also breaks down the impending free agency and who could be players to watch for, including local star Tavon Austin.
