Sitting in for Glenn Younes on Tuesday Night, Mark Zinno was joined by Brittany Ghiroli of MLB.com to go over the progression of the Orioles. Among topics discussed were the development of the young players, especially the pitchers. Brittany also went over the battle between Steve Pearce and Connor Jackson to back up Chris Davis, both Jackson and Pearce are having huge springs. Zinno asked what are the chances that Markakis is the lead off batter and Brittany shot it down saying that Buck is set with Brian Roberts in the lead off spot.
