PASADENA, Md. (AP) — Anne Arundel County Police say a homeless man was struck and killed trying to cross Ritchie Highway in Pasadena.

It happened about 7:45 p.m. Monday. Police say Raymond Walkup, 63, was hit when he tried to cross the highway near Jumpers Hole Road. Officers say Walkup was not in a crosswalk and was wearing dark clothing.
