WEATHER BLOG: What A Weekend!

Our average high temperature is quickly on the rise - sitting at 52 degrees Sunday.  Our weekend temperatures were even higher than the average, topping out closer to 60 degrees.  The warm air is going to stick around for the beginning of the week before a strong cold front comes through and reminds us that it's still early March.

We are going right up to near 60 degrees again Monday and Tuesday.  However, there will be fog and more clouds Monday then rain Monday night and Tuesday.  The rain will leave with the front for Wednesday, allowing the colder air to come rushing in behind it.  The cold air will bring another round of clouds and maybe even a rain or snow shower Wednesday.  Highs will struggle to 50 degrees Wednesday, then not get out of the 40s Thursday and possibly Friday.

We will settle into a different weather pattern for the end of the week and weekend.  It's a weather pattern that will usher a few strung out fronts across our region.  That will keep clouds in the area and the chance for a round or two of showers over the weekend.
