Baltimore Gets Lenten Blessing
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Political leaders and local church parishioners gathered at City Hall for the annual blessing of the city.
It took place downtown in honor of Palm Sunday.
The Layfayette Square churches use the opportunity to pray for the city and walk around City Hall with palms.
The City Council president and several council members were in attendance.
