Man Charged After 100 Marijuana Plants Are Seized
OCEAN CITY, Md. (AP) -- Ocean City police have arrested a man after officers seized more than 100 marijuana plants in a home.
Police executed a search-and-seizure warrant about 6 p.m. Tuesday. Officers say they seized marijuana plants and equipment used in the production and growing of the plants.
Christopher Scott Smith, 39, of Ocean City has been charged with manufacturing of a controlled dangerous substance and other offenses.
