Former Baltimore Orioles catcher Chris Hoiles joins The Vinny and Rob show to talk about the Orioles expectations for 2013. Chris talks about the expectations for a team coming off a playoff run the years previous. Chris discusses the pieces the Orioles added this offseason are going to play major factors. The belief in the locker room is huge, the players believe in themselves and their teammates.

“I think the taste of winning last year really soaked in to these guys they believe in themselves, they believe in the process, they believe in Buck and the coaching staff. There will be pressure but not like its been the last 15 years.” – Chris Hoiles

Chris talks about playing under managers like Davey Johnson and Frank Robinson. He compares playing under those two to what he see’s in Buck and the Orioles now. Chris talks about how Buck had to change the entire thinking process not only in the players but in the front office as well. Chris expects the Orioles to be similar to what we saw from last years Orioles.
