Man Killed In Joppa Accident

JOPPA, Md. (WJZ)-- A Pennsylvania man has been killed in an early morning accident in Joppa.

Around 1:30 a.m.,  Jason Ham of Delta, Pa. was driving on Pulaski Highway west of Joppa Road when he drove off the road onto the shoulder and into a ditch.

Ham's vehicle then struck an embankment and a BGE support pole before spinning and hitting a curb and another BGE support pole.

Ham was pronounced dead on the scene.

Police are investigating what led to the crash.
